Prosper spray foam for custom homes and new construction.
Prosper is full of homes under construction, and that's the best time to get insulation right. We work with builders and owners on spray foam rooflines, walls and garages. Family-owned, 20+ years in North Texas, 5.0 stars on Google.
Why Prosper builds start with the envelope.
Get it in before drywall
Insulating during construction is easier and more thorough than retrofitting later. Open walls and rooflines let us seal every cavity.
Conditioned attics
Many custom homes put ducts and equipment in the attic. Spraying open-cell foam at the roof deck brings that space inside the envelope.
Big rooms, high ceilings
Large open plans and vaulted ceilings are harder to keep comfortable. A continuous air seal helps avoid hot and cold spots.

“The team was on time and efficient. Did a solid job cleaning the attic. Home maintaining cool temperature with 3 hours of installation. Previously couldn’t get house to cool.
Asked if they could get done within a week and did a great job!”

Prosper insulation questions.
Do you work directly with Prosper home builders?
Yes. Builders and general contractors can send plans through the builder form on our homepage and we'll contact them to discuss scope and schedule.
Open-cell or closed-cell for a new Prosper home?
Open-cell is commonly used at rooflines and interior walls; closed-cell fits areas needing a moisture barrier or extra rigidity. Many homes use both. We'll recommend based on your plans.
Can you insulate a home I already moved into?
Yes. Attic upgrades, garage and bonus-room work are all possible after move-in. Call 469-338-9847 for a free estimate.
