Builder-grade attics

Many new homes are insulated to the minimum required. Topping up blown-in or converting to a spray-foamed roofline can make upstairs rooms more comfortable.

Rooms over the garage

Bonus rooms and game rooms built over garages are a frequent complaint: heat comes from the roof above and the garage below. We insulate and air-seal those floors and knee walls.

Ducts in a hot attic

When ductwork runs through an unconditioned attic, cooled air picks up heat before it reaches your rooms. Bringing the attic inside the envelope with open-cell foam is one way to help.
